Fireblocks is seeking an Associate General Counsel to serve as a trusted legal advisor supporting the company's product, engineering, and senior leadership teams. The role focuses on the development, launch, and scaling of crypto and financial services products across multiple jurisdictions, blending deep regulatory expertise with practical business judgment. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary legal advisor to product teams on the design and launch of new products and features globally; identifying and assessing regulatory and legal considerations affecting product design, functionality, distribution, and user experience; providing strategic guidance on regulatory readiness, go-to-market planning, and jurisdictional expansion; drafting and maintaining global and localized product terms, disclosures, and customer-facing legal documentation; advising on product positioning and marketing in light of regulatory and consumer protection requirements; and monitoring global regulatory developments related to digital assets, custody, payments, stablecoins, and financial services to translate them into actionable business guidance. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school and bar admission, with 10+ years of legal experience focused on regulated fintech companies. Extensive expertise in payments regulation, digital asset custody, and related frameworks is essential. In-house experience at a fintech or digital asset company is required, along with a demonstrated track record of successfully launching regulated financial products in multiple jurisdictions.
