Required qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school with active bar membership (ideally California); meaningful legal leadership experience with increasing responsibility, ideally combining in-house and law firm experience; meaningful experience supporting HR, Product, and Privacy teams; and deep understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks including California-specific laws and experience engaging with regulatory bodies such as CMS, DHCS, and OIG.
