Salary: USD 162,453 - 213,220 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director, Virtual Care to drive strategy and implementation of strategic initiatives supporting the Virtual Care program. This role reports to the Director, Virtual Care and sits at the intersection of operations, product, data, and clinical teams.
Key responsibilities include setting overall department strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and deploying tactics to improve program performance. You will own the Virtual Care team's strategy to enhance program performance and identify new opportunities. The role involves identifying and executing cost-savings opportunities through collaboration with key business units, managing key company and department strategy initiatives from development through implementation, and continuously evaluating financial and operational performance metrics to drive improvement. You will translate program performance into materials for senior leadership reporting and develop and support direct reports in their professional growth.
The position is hybrid-based in Tempe, AZ, requiring 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are mandatory for team meetings and events; the other two office days are flexible.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or related field
- 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
- 3+ years of project planning experience

- Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives
- Excel and financial modeling experience
