Salary: USD 180,504 - 236,911 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director, Virtual Care to drive strategy and implementation of strategic initiatives supporting the company's Virtual Care program. You will report to the Director, Virtual Care and work cross-functionally with operations, product, data, and clinical teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting, driving, and executing the Virtual Care team's strategy to enhance program performance and identify new opportunities
- Identifying and executing cost-savings opportunities through collaboration with key business units
- Managing key company and department strategy initiatives from development through implementation
- Continuously evaluating financial and operational performance metrics to drive improvement
- Translating program performance into materials for senior leadership reporting
- Developing and supporting direct reports in their professional growth
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
The role is based in Oscar's New York City office with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in-office per week. Thursdays are mandatory for team meetings and events; the other two office days are flexible.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or related field
- 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
- 3+ years of project planning experience
Bonus qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Management consulting experience with healthcare focus
- Experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects
- Excel and financial modeling experience
