As Associate Director of Strategy, Brand Partnerships, you will lead the global strategy team within the Brand Partnerships department, which operates as an in-house creative agency. You will be responsible for elevating brand partnership proposals and securing revenue from top-tier advertisers.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate innovative, insight-driven ideas for brand partnerships that align with company strategy
- Lead the global strategy team in creating branded content and experiential campaigns
- Produce compelling presentation decks and strategic narratives for stakeholder pitches
- Attend high-value client pitches in a lead strategist role to secure major partnerships
- Collaborate with the Creative Solutions team to ensure concepts are executed to high standards
- Identify new product opportunities in coordination with the Global Head of Brand Partnerships
- Write case studies showcasing key campaigns
You will work in a hybrid model from Fever's premium London office location, with opportunities to travel across global markets. Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic brand partnerships or creative agency roles
- Proven ability to generate innovative, data-driven proposals
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for high-level proposals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Highly skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
- Fluency in English (essential for global leadership position)
