Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 / annual

Verto Education is reimagining higher education by enabling students to begin their college journey overseas through experiential education before transferring to one of 70+ partner universities in the United States. As Associate Director of Admissions, you will lead Verto's admissions team, managing up to 10 Admissions Counselors and overseeing all aspects of guiding students and families through the enrollment process. You will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of your team, fostering professional development and growth for each team member. Key responsibilities include: - Coach and motivate the team to achieve enrollment goals and year-over-year growth, providing strategies around communication (phone, email, SMS, Zoom), organization, prioritization, and time management - Ensure brand representation standards are upheld through quality assurance and managerial oversight - Maintain a positive, healthy team culture in a high-volume environment to prevent burnout - Support students and families directly when management involvement is warranted - Leverage data and Salesforce CRM insights to enhance team performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies - Execute process improvements to enhance workflows and scale admissions operations - Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across departments and externally, utilizing influence without authority - Maintain Salesforce CRM, database, and dashboards to ensure accurate, complete records and transparent performance communication This is a 100% remote position based in the US, requiring ability to work within US time zones (GMT -8 through GMT -3) and travel 2-3 weeks per year. Requirements: - Fluency in English - Must be based in the US and able to work within continental US time zones (±1 hour) - Ability to travel at least 2-3 weeks per year - Previous experience in admissions leadership, higher education, or sales management in an outbound call center (preferred) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect, and interact with potential students and families - Self-motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented - Ability to receive and utilize feedback from leadership and team members - Ability to provide feedback to team members and ensure high performance - Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities and projects - Nice-to-have: Experience managing a sales or customer service team; experience with international travel or living abroad
