Moody's is seeking an Associate Director for Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Product Management to join its APAC Banking Segment. This role bridges product strategy and regional business development, focusing on compliance and AML solutions for banks and financial institutions across the Asia-Pacific region. You will drive strategic business growth by building relationships with APAC sales leadership, regional service teams, and global strategy partners to define market strategy and achieve shared goals. A core responsibility is translating regional and emerging market themes—along with regulatory requirements—into actionable product requirements, identifying white space opportunities, and building business cases for product development and improvement. You will lead and participate in marketing campaigns, develop and maintain product-specific use cases for regional markets, and support deal qualification and RFP/RFI processes by collaborating with Sales. You'll also facilitate communication between Sales, Product Management, and Research teams, establishing feedback mechanisms to deliver regional intelligence and identify opportunities for product evolution. On the customer side, you will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Development teams on retention and expansion efforts with existing clients. You'll help define cross-selling themes, build cross-sell pipelines, and provide product-specific support and intelligence across teams to drive compliance solution expansion. You'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team focused on delivering impactful solutions in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. REQUIREMENTS: - 5–8 years of relevant experience in compliance, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), regulatory functions, or similar roles, gained within banks or vendors supporting AFC/KYC/AML/compliance domains - Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, including AML and fraud prevention frameworks, and familiarity with emerging regional market trends - Compliance Technology platform experience (highly preferable) - Proven customer-facing experience with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences - Working knowledge of product development lifecycles, preferably related to compliance solutions - Knowledge of the global regulatory environment and strong understanding of regulator expectations, especially KYC developments - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments while operating independently as a self-starter - Adaptable, detail-oriented, skilled in prioritization and time management - Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage organizational ambiguity, collaborate across diverse team members, and handle difficult conversations - Basic understanding of AI concepts with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiency - Interest in exploring AI systems and willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field - Certifications in compliance, AML, or financial services (e.g., CAMS) are a strong advantage
