Moody's is seeking an Associate Director for Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Product Management to join the APAC Banking Segment. This role combines product strategy, business development, and customer engagement to drive growth in compliance solutions for banks and financial institutions across the Asia-Pacific region. Key Responsibilities: Regional Business Development & Growth: Build strategic relationships with APAC sales leadership, regional service teams, and global strategy to define market strategy and achieve shared goals. Translate regional and emerging market themes and regulatory requirements into product requirements; identify market whitespace and build business cases for product development. Lead and participate in marketing campaigns and develop product-specific use cases and collateral for the regional market. Manage product-specific deal qualifications, scoping, and RFP/RFI responses; monitor regional product pipelines in collaboration with Sales. Liaise closely with Sales, Product Management, and Research to communicate new features and capabilities; establish feedback mechanisms for regional intelligence and product evolution. Provide sales enablement including solution training and internal enablement development. Client Retention & Expansion: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Development on retention and expansion efforts with existing clients. Define actionable cross-selling themes for selected markets and build cross-sell pipelines. Cross-Team Collaboration: Provide product-specific support and intelligence across teams to drive business expansion of compliance solutions within the organization. You'll work within a dynamic, collaborative team focused on delivering impactful compliance solutions in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Requirements: - 5–8 years of relevant experience in compliance, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), regulatory functions, or similar roles within banks or vendors supporting AFC/KYC/AML/compliance domains - Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, AML, fraud prevention, and emerging regional market trends - Compliance technology platform experience (highly preferable) - Proven customer-facing experience with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences - Working knowledge of product development lifecycles, preferably related to compliance solutions - Knowledge of global regulatory environment and strong understanding of KYC regulatory expectations - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams while operating independently as a self-starter - Adaptable, detail-oriented, skilled in prioritization and time management - Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage organizational ambiguity and drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders - Basic understanding of AI concepts with curiosity about AI applications in process improvement and responsible AI practices - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field - Certifications in compliance, AML, or financial services (e.g., CAMS) are a strong advantage
