Salary: USD 50,000 - 70,000 / annual
Orca Security, a $1.8B cloud security unicorn backed by Capital G, ICONIQ, and GGV, is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to join their Sales team in Austin, TX. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing a high-volume portfolio of diverse customers while ensuring strong relationships, contract renewals, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee contract renewals with timely communication and smooth processes
- Monitor customer progress and platform adoption, proactively identifying support needs and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify expansion revenue and align solutions with customer needs
- Act as a trusted advisor helping customers achieve security goals and maximize platform value
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights with product and engineering teams
- Develop customer success plans and conduct periodic health check-ins
- Advocate internally, coordinating with support, product, and engineering to resolve issues
- Become proficient in CS and Sales tools: Salesforce, Clari, Gainsight, Google Workspace, Slack
- Own the customer relationship, understanding use cases, business outcomes, feature requests, and key stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or engagement management
- Experience working with Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, or SaaS products
- Knowledge of modern Cloud Infrastructure providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of and experience in the Cloud Security industry
- Familiarity with cloud technology, environments, and security challenges
- Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels internally and externally
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for creating and maintaining relationships in a tight-knit community culture
- Passion for driving customer success resulting in renewals, upsells, and retention
- Experience with Salesforce, Clari, and Slack
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Ability to travel 10%
