You will join the Finance team as an Associate in Corporate Development, reporting to the VP Finance. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and partnerships, supporting the company's growth through strategic partnerships and capital raising initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Evaluate and conduct due diligence on strategic partnerships and commercial agreements with technology providers, integrators, and defense-sector counterparts. Draft term sheets and partnership documentation.
• Build financial models, business cases, and board/executive materials to assess partnership economics and deal structures.
• Support equity and debt financing processes, including developing financial models, managing data rooms, and preparing investor and lender presentations.
• Analyze financing instruments such as equity rounds, convertible instruments, and debt facilities.
• Coordinate diligence processes with investors, lenders, and external advisors.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong analytical and financial modeling skills who wants to gain exposure to corporate development, M&A, and capital markets in a high-growth defense technology company. You'll work closely with senior leadership and develop a deep understanding of deal structures, financing mechanics, and strategic partnerships in the defense sector.
