Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking an Associate Contracts Manager to support the Commercial Legal team. This role combines contract administration, contract review and drafting, project coordination, and legal operations process improvement.
You will manage the full contract lifecycle, including reviewing NDAs and simple agreements according to approved playbooks, managing contract intake and triage, coordinating internal approvals and execution, and maintaining contract dashboards and trackers. You'll monitor key metrics such as contract volumes, turnaround times, and process performance, producing reports and insights to support continuous improvement and operational decision-making.
A significant portion of the role focuses on legal operations and process improvement. You will support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of legal and contract management processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and standardize workflows. You'll create and maintain process maps, guidance documents, and operational procedures. Additionally, you'll develop project plans, action trackers, and timelines, tracking milestones and dependencies to ensure projects remain on schedule while driving accountability among stakeholders.
