Rippling is seeking an Associate Commercial Counsel to join its Legal & Compliance Team. You will partner closely with commercial, privacy, procurement, and sales teams to support negotiation, drafting, and management of commercial agreements including SaaS/licensing deals. This role offers hands-on ownership of deals, direct exposure to business stakeholders, and opportunity to grow into a broader commercial practice.
You will be proactive and collaborative, balancing speed with sound judgment in a rapidly-evolving environment. The ideal candidate learns fast, acts fast, and makes an impact from day one. You think operationally about legal work and welcome opportunities to build and improve processes.
Key responsibilities include partnering with sales, account management, and legal teams to support commercial negotiations and move deals forward; reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements; and contributing to the development of commercial legal practices and processes.
