Jerry.ai is building a super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible, offering insurance, buy/sell, car registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, and more across a $2T market. The company has achieved profitability, raised $240M in funding, scaled revenue 70X over five years, and grown to 5M+ customers with a team of 225 across six countries.
As an Associate in Business Operations & Analytics, you will partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG) to drive data-informed decisions across critical business initiatives including carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and operational optimization. You will work closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies.
Key responsibilities include: designing, executing, and analyzing A/B experiments on new and existing features to extract insights for product and business strategy; identifying and testing levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth; defining key performance metrics and understanding their drivers; and identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
You will leverage advanced machine learning models and SQL to conduct in-depth analyses. The role offers ownership of complex, high-impact problems with resources to drive projects from conception to completion. You will communicate insights to audiences ranging from front-line employees to the C-suite.

Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline; 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) or relevant business analysis/operations experience; high comfort with SQL and complex data analysis; strong problem-solving framework and first-principles thinking; ability to communicate across organizational levels; and a commitment to excellence.
