Jerry.ai is building a consumer super app for car ownership, offering insurance, buying/selling, registration, loans, diagnostics, and AI-powered services. The company has achieved profitability, raised $240M in funding, scaled revenue 70X over five years, and serves 5M+ customers across 6 countries with a team of 225. As an Associate in Business Operations & Analytics, you will drive data-informed decision-making across the company's most critical initiatives, including carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and user acquisition strategies. You will partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG) and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business development teams. Key responsibilities include: designing and executing A/B experiments to extract insights for product and business strategy; integrating customer performance data into user and partner acquisition strategies; identifying and testing levers for profitable, scalable growth; and automating manual processes to improve operational efficiency. You will work in a talent-dense environment with exceptionally sharp, driven teammates. The role offers ownership of complex, high-impact problems with resources to drive projects from conception to completion. You'll communicate with audiences ranging from front-line employees to the C-suite and apply structured problem-solving and first-principles thinking to drive real business results. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a quantitatively rigorous discipline and has 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) or relevant business analysis/operations experience. Strong SQL and data analysis skills are essential. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, set a high bar for excellence, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
