The Associate Buyer for Bath will own the strategy, curation, and growth of Quince's Bath product category. This role is critical to the company's expansion into emerging categories and directly impacts company revenue and margins.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the Bath assortment strategy to deliver exceptional quality at accessible prices
- Leveraging data and customer insights to build, optimize, and scale the product assortment
- Managing category revenue, margins, and overall growth trajectory
- Identifying and sourcing high-quality products from manufacturers globally
- Analyzing market trends and customer demand to inform product decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including merchandising, operations, and analytics
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Monitoring competitive landscape and category performance metrics
The ideal candidate is an innovator who combines merchant instincts with analytical rigor. You should have experience in product curation, merchandising, or buying—ideally in consumer goods or retail. Strong data literacy, customer empathy, and the ability to balance quality with profitability are essential.
