MyRobin is Indonesia's leading on-demand platform for pre-screened blue-collar workers, offering short- and long-term staffing solutions. We are seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to join our Finance team and support our rapid growth. In this role, you will supervise and review daily, weekly, and monthly accounting transactions and journal entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards. You'll prepare and review manual journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments required for accurate financial reporting. You will assist in preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and company policies. You will monitor accounting processes and internal controls to ensure transactions are properly recorded and financial data is reliable. Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with Finance, Operations, HR, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. You'll support internal and external reporting, audit processes, and provide financial data and analysis as required. As a people leader, you will lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. You'll identify process improvements and ensure accounting procedures are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements. You'll support the Accounting Manager in managing day-to-day accounting operations and other financial initiatives. You bring 5–7 years of accounting experience, with proven supervisory or assistant manager-level responsibility. You have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliation, and internal controls. Experience in outsourcing, manpower, staffing, workforce management, or Workforce-as-a-Service (WaaS) companies is highly preferred. You've successfully supervised, mentored, and developed accounting teams. You possess strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, understand accounting standards and applicable tax and regulatory requirements, and are familiar with accounting software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools. You communicate effectively, collaborate across functions, and thrive independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments while managing tight deadlines.
