Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 / annual

iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the Asset Manager Solutions International team, contributing to the development and execution of the company's global strategy. This role supports the Asset Manager Solutions team in building and managing relationships with leading alternative asset managers, focusing on onboarding, structuring, and distributing private market funds on the iCapital platform. Key responsibilities include working with senior relationship managers to cover and service private equity, private credit, and alternative asset managers with global capital raising strategies. You will assist with structuring and launching investment products for distribution, including evergreen funds and feeder vehicles. The role requires close coordination with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, and Platform to execute fund onboarding and launches for global distributors. Day-to-day activities involve preparing presentations and client meeting materials, organizing and leading calls with key global clients and stakeholders, managing execution timelines and internal approval processes, conducting market research and competitive analysis on private markets products and trends, and supporting business acquisition and ongoing client relationship management. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund formation, consulting, or financial services. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees or professional qualifications are preferred. Strong interest in international activities, alternative investments, and private markets is essential. Understanding of fund structures and investment vehicles is preferred. You should demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple priorities, and interact comfortably with senior internal and external stakeholders. Work experience outside the US is a plus.
