iCapital is seeking an Annuities Analyst to join the Annuities Platform team. This role bridges client operations, technology integration, and strategic execution, offering the opportunity to drive platform excellence while supporting senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end onboarding workflows for Wealth Managers and financial professionals, coordinating across internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience from intake through activation. You will configure and maintain annuity products on the platform, ensuring data integrity and timely updates aligned with business requirements.
The role involves collaborating on Hexure integration and configuration under senior direction, supporting implementation, testing, and optimization of annuity product setups. You will serve as an operational partner to senior management, preparing materials, synthesizing platform data, and executing cross-functional initiatives. Additionally, you will act as a liaison to the Sales team, communicating platform capabilities and operational timelines to support client acquisition and retention.
You will partner with Engineering teams to identify, escalate, and resolve platform issues, contributing to feedback loops that improve platform reliability. Client management is central to the role—you will manage expectations through proactive communication, structured issue tracking, and timely resolution of operational inquiries.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (finance, business, or related field preferred) and 2–5 years of operational or client-facing experience in financial services, with demonstrated exposure to annuities or insurance products strongly preferred. Experience with Hexure or comparable insurance and annuity configuration platforms is a strong plus. You should be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A self-starter mindset and genuine desire to contribute to a high-growth fintech organization are key.
