The Analytics Lead role is critical as the company scales rapidly and data becomes increasingly central to operations. This is a people-management position responsible for building and leading an analytics team that drives insights across the organization. The role involves developing analytics strategy, building data infrastructure and dashboards, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across product, clinical operations, and business functions. Key responsibilities include: leading analytics team members; designing and implementing analytics frameworks; building dashboards and reporting systems; collaborating with product, clinical, and business teams to define metrics and KPIs; ensuring data quality and governance; and mentoring team members on analytics best practices. The ideal candidate brings experience scaling analytics functions in high-growth healthcare or SaaS environments, strong SQL and data visualization skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Nourish values talent density, intellectual rigor, and people who embrace hard, ambiguous problems. The company culture emphasizes candid feedback, relentless resilience, and solving meaningful problems in healthcare without ego. This is an opportunity to shape data strategy at a critical growth inflection point in a venture-backed healthtech company with significant market traction and institutional backing from top-tier VCs including Menlo Ventures, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, and J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners.
