As Analytics Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of analytics engineers responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines and analytical models that drive strategic business decisions across product, marketing, and operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of analytics engineers
- Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to deliver scalable data solutions and reporting
- Establishing and championing data best practices, governance, and quality standards organization-wide
- Designing and optimizing the data analytics infrastructure for reliability and scalability
- Overseeing analytics project prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder communication
You bring 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role. You have advanced expertise in SQL, Databricks, and dbt, with experience architecting and scaling data transformation pipelines in modern cloud environments. You understand analytics best practices including data modeling, testing, and documentation, and have a track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver data-driven business impact. You excel at leading and developing high-performance technical teams and bring drive and proactivity to everything you do.
