As Analytics Engineer for Finance & GTM, you will own the datasets and reporting infrastructure that drives financial and go-to-market decision-making across the company. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Build and maintain finance-owned datasets in Databricks aligned with data architecture standards, ensuring gold-standard quality and documentation.
• Develop comprehensive Finance and GTM reporting in Omni covering pipeline performance, NRR, GRR, revenue forecasting, deal velocity, close rates, and budget vs. actuals.
• Standardize financial metrics across Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistency and trust.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and unit economics analysis, including ARR, retention, CAC, and LTV calculations.
• Own data quality, documentation, and ensure reporting layers are AI-ready for downstream intelligence applications.
• Maintain finance reporting inventories, metric definitions, and reconciliations across systems.
• Automate recurring finance workflows including board and investor reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Data Architecture, Sales, CX, and executive stakeholders.
You'll transform data from multiple sources (NetSuite, HubSpot, etc.) into clean, trusted, well-documented datasets that surface actionable insights. The role combines strong SQL and dimensional modeling skills with financial fluency to build reliable data layers powering AI-driven insights.
