Opiniion is a resident experience platform that helps property managers collect real-time feedback, improve resident experiences, and enhance online reputation. As Analytics Engineer for Finance / GTM, you'll own the datasets and reporting infrastructure that drives the company's financial and go-to-market decisions.
You'll build gold-standard finance datasets in Databricks aligned with data architecture standards, transforming data from NetSuite, HubSpot, and other sources into clean, trusted, well-documented layers. You'll create comprehensive Finance and GTM reporting in Omni covering pipeline performance, NRR, GRR, revenue forecasting, deal velocity, close rates, and budget versus actuals.
Key responsibilities include standardizing financial metrics across Finance, Sales, and CX teams; improving forecasting accuracy and unit economics (ARR, retention, CAC, LTV); owning data quality and documentation; maintaining metric definitions and reconciliations; automating recurring finance workflows including board and investor reporting; and partnering with Finance, Data Architecture, Sales, CX, and executive stakeholders.
You'll combine strong SQL and dimensional modeling skills with financial fluency, building reliable data layers that power AI-driven insights. This role requires 5+ years as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role supporting finance data in a B2B SaaS environment, with expertise in SQL, dimensional modeling, and financial metrics. Experience with Databricks, dbt, and BI tools like Omni or Looker is expected. You should demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable data products.
