The Data Analytics & Transformation (DAT) team brings together Data Engineering, Semantics, Data Science, Process Excellence, and Domain teams to deliver analytics and strategic perspective across the organization.
This is a hands-on analytics engineering role embedded in a business domain. You will write clean SQL and Python, build data models and products, and work directly with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Commercialization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Turning business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations with compelling stories and visuals for non-experts
- Defining and refining KPIs using statistical and predictive methods to spot trends, risks, and opportunities early
- Building automated dashboards and self-service data products that replace manual reporting
- Writing tested, version-controlled code and leveraging AI tooling (copilots, agents, workflow automation) to reduce manual effort
- Owning data quality, consistency, and governance for datasets in your domain
You will move the team from descriptive reporting toward predictive, prescriptive, and AI-augmented insights, working with data on campaigns, pipeline, customers, product usage, incidents, and infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years in analytics engineering, data/business analytics, BI development, or similar role
- Strong SQL and confidence with large, complex datasets
- Hands-on Python for analysis, automation, and statistical/predictive modeling
- Practical experience using AI in analytics workflows
- Solid grasp of statistics and attention to methodological detail
- Software engineering habits (version control, testing, documentation) and experience with BI/visualization tools
- Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders with examples of work shaping business decisions
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field
