Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining tech expertise, creative talent, and data specialists to drive digital transformation for enterprise clients across APAC. As Analytics Director, you will lead the Analytics Team within the Martech Capability, reporting to the Senior Martech Director.
This is a leadership role grounded in technical credibility. You will own the measurement strategy for enterprise clients and manage a team responsible for implementing and delivering it. Your responsibilities span strategy, client leadership, and team development, with authority to direct work based on deep measurement expertise rather than day-to-day execution.
Key responsibilities include: setting the technical standard and measurement approach across the client portfolio; defining the practice's position on AI in measurement, privacy/consent, server-side architecture, and the shift toward incrementality and modeling; developing strategic measurement roadmaps that connect implementation to commercial objectives; and acting as the final escalation point for critical delivery and client issues.
You will lead and develop the team, setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and owning career progression and capability planning. You'll identify skill gaps, determine training needs, and allocate people to work that serves both clients and their development. You'll hold senior client relationships, lead executive-level workshops, and present complex measurement concepts to non-specialist audiences.
You will maintain measurement integrity across the portfolio, determining when to use platform attribution, incrementality testing, geo testing, causal analysis, or marketing mix modeling. You'll own the practice's position on AI and agentic technology in measurement—understanding what agents do, what they require, and how to shape solutions around them—while setting governance for AI tool use with client data.
Additionally, you'll own the privacy and data governance position covering consent and first-party identity; engage credibly with client legal and privacy stakeholders; maintain close understanding of the team's commercial position (revenue, profitability, billability); and own renewals across the portfolio including GA360 licenses.
This role requires a career built in measurement implementation and analysis, with the technical depth to direct work with authority while remaining focused on strategy, client leadership, and team development.
