Qualtrics is seeking a Video Producer & Analyst to launch and grow a new slate of original video shows. You will own the editorial lifecycle of brand-led video content, working alongside video editors, graphic designers, and marketing strategists to create compelling original programming for a global audience. Key Responsibilities: - Research story angles, develop narrative themes, and write interview outlines for new show concepts - Source, vet, and book high-caliber guests; manage end-to-end scheduling from initial contact through shoot day - Direct behind-the-camera interviews, guide guests to deliver compelling answers, and troubleshoot on-set logistics - Step in as an on-camera fill-in host when needed, representing the brand with energy and polish - Collaborate with post-production editors and designers to ensure episodes meet brand guidelines and campaign goals - Maintain guest records, scheduling assets, and production tracking systems across multiple active shows - Build and scale an original content strategy from the ground up You will develop strong editorial instincts for sourcing story angles and structuring show formats. You'll sharpen your executive interviewing and on-camera hosting skills by engaging with industry leaders and experts. You'll deepen your end-to-end campaign expertise by collaborating with post-production teams and multi-channel marketing stakeholders. Qualtrics operates on a hybrid work model: three days per week in office (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader), with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week. Requirements: - Portfolio or curated reel demonstrating experience producing interview-based, narrative, or corporate video content - Demonstrated track record of sourcing stories, booking guests, and writing narrative interview outlines - Practical experience managing shoot-day logistics and directing talent or guests on set - Demonstrated comfort on camera with prior hosting or on-camera interviewing experience - Prior experience with brand-led content series, camera operation, or video editing is a plus
