As an Analyst in Operations & Analytics, you will support the company's operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. This role bridges operations and analytics functions, likely involving process optimization, data analysis, reporting, and insights to support clinical, manufacturing, or business operations. You may work with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks, develop metrics and KPIs, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Analyzing operational data and creating dashboards or reports for stakeholders
- Supporting process improvement initiatives
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with operations, clinical, manufacturing, or commercial teams
- Documenting processes and identifying efficiency opportunities
This is an ideal role for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
