The Expert Call Services team in Singapore is expanding substantially in 2026 and seeking Analyst Development Representatives to drive growth across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of sales, research, and business development—you'll be the driving force behind sourcing and connecting industry experts with institutional investors and hedge fund managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and prospecting industry experts and C-level decision-makers across sectors for time-sensitive client projects
- Using creative research methods and tools (LinkedIn, email, phone) to identify and contact top executives
- Connecting investors with decision-makers to facilitate informed decision-making
- Managing multiple concurrent projects in a performance-driven, quota-based environment
- Controlling your earnings potential by exceeding monthly metrics and targets
- Advancing into customer-facing account management roles where you'll lead project management and primary research efforts for global institutional clients
Ideal candidates have a track record of success in sales, recruiting, account management, or sourcing roles. You're comfortable with strategic cold outreach, possess excellent communication skills to engage C-suite executives, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
