The Stepstone Group is seeking a Data Intelligence & Automation Analyst to join their team in Düsseldorf. This is a business-focused role with strong technical components, combining CRM data quality management, process automation, and analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and optimizing automated processes to ensure high-quality, reliable CRM data within Salesforce
- Designing validation rules, deduplication logic, and data enrichment strategies for clean, consistent data structures
- Creating AI-powered and Python-based automation solutions to streamline recurring data processes and improve scalability
- Writing SQL analyses, reports, and dashboards to monitor CRM data quality and enable data-driven decision-making
- Evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., n8n, DemandTools) to identify automation opportunities and reduce manual work
- Leading cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Product teams to advance CRM governance and data standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant professional experience in CRM, Data Analytics, Automation, or Business Intelligence
- Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and strong understanding of data quality principles
- Solid SQL skills with ability to create analyses, reports, and dashboards
- Python experience for developing automations and data processes
- Fluent German and English (business level)
- Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions
- Self-directed, structured work style with enthusiasm for driving change in a dynamic environment
