Salary: CAD 60,000 - 74,000 / annual

Join Lightspeed's Financial Services - Business Transformation team as an Analyst, Business Transformation. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and optimize Finance and Financial Services processes across North America. This role supports the identification, design, and implementation of policies, processes, and tooling that impact revenue and improve operational efficiency, enabling Lightspeed to scale efficiently while delivering seamless experiences to internal teams and merchants. Key responsibilities include: • Analyze & Audit: Review existing policies, workflows, tools, and processes to identify inefficiencies and friction points. • Document & Standardize: Create clear documentation and standardized processes across teams to improve alignment and reduce redundancy. • Drive Improvements: Identify and recommend scalable solutions, supporting implementation in collaboration with stakeholders. • Measure & Report: Track key metrics in BI tools before and after process changes to quantify impact and surface data-driven insights for next opportunities. • Change Enablement: Work with teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes, facilitate change management, and support enablement documentation and training. • Contribute to organizational objectives and identify improvement opportunities within Financial Services to surface to leadership. You bring strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across multiple teams. You demonstrate the ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to document processes clearly and influence stakeholders. You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with curiosity and passion for technology and process improvement, define your approach. You are a self-starter and team player who builds trust and drives alignment across stakeholders.
