Salary: USD 70,000 - 78,500 / annual
Unite Us is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Product Delivery team. In this role, you will build data-driven solutions supporting healthcare payers, providers, government entities, and community-based organizations. You'll generate ad hoc analytics and standard reports, leveraging established data narratives to identify actionable insights for customers. Your responsibilities include creating visualizations and slide decks to communicate analysis to stakeholders at all levels, writing SQL queries to extract data from relational datasets, and using Excel for supplemental analyses when needed. You'll collaborate with product management and data engineering teams on user acceptance testing and development of new analytics dashboards and data-as-a-service products. The role emphasizes continuous learning in technical abilities and data storytelling, with peer support and collaborative problem-solving as core team functions.
You should have at least one year of full-time experience in healthcare-related analytics, reporting, software, or consulting. Required skills include SQL or another coding language, excellent data visualization abilities, and the capacity to work with diverse data assets to solve complex problems. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with AI agents for improving efficiency and experience with data visualization software. You'll need a four-year college degree, ideally in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate analyses effectively to varying audiences are essential. The position is fully remote, US-based, with potential for 5% travel.
