You will lead the Amazon channel as a Performance Marketing & Automation Manager, owning the end-to-end Amazon business from catalog and inventory management to ads campaign management. This is a high-impact role combining performance marketing optimization with process automation and data strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Advertising Management: Own and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns across markets. Use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to understand audiences and measure incremental revenue impact, not just efficient spend.
- Process Automation: Transform largely manual Amazon workflows (bid management, reporting, budget pacing, promo checks) into automated, scalable processes using AI tools and scripting instead of spreadsheets.
- Data & Reporting: Collaborate with the data team to build and maintain dashboards and trackers monitoring ads performance and promotional impact. Turn raw data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Promotions Management: Manage promotional calendars across marketplaces to maximize conversion and defend competitive position.
- Tooling & Partner Evaluation: Continuously benchmark and test third-party tools, agencies, and tech partners (audience analytics, competitive intelligence) to identify the best stack for scale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations/catalog, brand, and finance teams to align ads strategy with inventory, listings, and budget realities.
The role is hybrid-based in Paris with flexible work options (up to 3 days per week from home). You'll be part of a team that values problem-solving, innovation, and empowerment.

- Strong appetite for AI; demonstrated experience building dashboards, reporting, or automated processes using AI tools
- Comfortable owning manual workflows and transforming them into repeatable systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English (prerequisite for both social and work life in the Paris office)
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads console, Seller Central, or Vendor Central
- Interest in Web3/crypto
