Ivalua, a leading global provider of cloud-based procurement and spend management solutions founded in 2000, is seeking an Alliances & Partners Manager to expand and manage strategic partner relationships across the AMER region. This role reports to the Senior Alliances Director and works closely with AMER Sales and Business Development teams to scale regional sales and delivery capabilities.
You will be responsible for strengthening and enforcing partner strategy across the AMER region, coordinating with internal teams to support go-to-market initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing strategic regional partners, recruiting new partners, building long-term relationships, supporting the VP of Sales and Regional Sales Directors with their strategies, and facilitating coordination between Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams. The role requires approximately 30% travel throughout the region.
Ivalua's cloud-based platform empowers hundreds of global brands to manage all categories of spend and suppliers, improving profitability, ESG performance, risk management, and productivity. The company is privately held, cash-flow positive for 10+ years, and operates with a hybrid model (3 days in office per week). REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in an enterprise SaaS company, consulting firm, or system integrator with sales, project management, or management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (required; French support available where possible)
- Proven experience building strategic relationships and increasing sales with partners in technology
- Experience dealing with C-level partners
- Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and understanding of complex technical concepts
- Ability to work independently, manage complex situations/conflicts, and solve problems
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as an essential function of the role
