As Alliances Director for LATAM, you will architect, build, and scale Payoneer's regional partner ecosystem with a focus on aggressive partner acquisition and measurable customer generation. This is a builder role reporting to the SVP Growth, Latin America, with a primary base in Buenos Aires and secondary presence in São Paulo.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and securing high-impact strategic partners across the region
- Driving measurable customer acquisition through partnership channels
- Establishing yourself as a recognized industry referent in LATAM markets
- Leading executive-level negotiations with founders and C-suite stakeholders
- Building and scaling the partner ecosystem from the ground up
The role combines partnership development, business development strategy, and regional market leadership. You will work directly with senior leadership to expand Payoneer's footprint across Latin America through strategic alliances and partner-driven growth channels.
