Superhuman (formerly Grammarly, now part of the AI productivity platform) is seeking an Alliance Solutions Manager to drive partner-built solutions across the Superhuman Suite, which includes Go (proactive AI assistant), Docs (collaborative workspaces), Mail (inbox management), and Grammarly's writing assistance. The company serves over 40 million users, 50,000 organizations, and 3,000 educational institutions. In this role, you will shape the positioning and joint value propositions for partner solutions, turning them into pitch and demo assets for the field and partners. You'll equip Alliance Managers and partners to design and sell solutions at scale, package solutions into a reusable library, and drive launch readiness across Alliance Programs, Partner Marketing, Tech Alliances, and Product. You'll build growth paths for partners across the Superhuman Suite, track solution performance post-launch, and partner closely with the Alliance Solutions Architect to ensure solutions align with platform capabilities. Key responsibilities include designing partner-built solutions that combine agents, connectors, and partner-delivered services; creating positioning and pitch materials; scaling great work across the ecosystem; packaging repeatable solutions; coordinating cross-functional launch readiness; and continuously improving offerings based on performance data. The role is remote-based in the US with an expectation to travel approximately 25% for partner visits and industry events, plus attendance at scheduled team collaboration weeks. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of professional experience in partnerships, channel, alliances, solutions, or related field - Demonstrated success bringing a solution, product, or joint offering to market - Understanding of software partner ecosystems: integrations, ISVs, and how partners build and sell alongside platforms - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial audiences - Strong communication skills with good judgment on what to exclude - Preference for building and improving processes rather than executing existing playbooks - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, manage multiple projects proactively, and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments - Willingness to travel internationally (~25%) - Plus: familiarity with AI agents, connectors, or workflow automation; experience in Education, RevOps, software-development ecosystems, or with international partners
