Mujin is seeking a Manager for its Consulting Division to lead business growth, service expansion, and project delivery in the rapidly expanding Physical AI market. Unlike traditional consulting firms that focus solely on project acquisition and delivery, Mujin is an operating company where this role encompasses full business ownership: new service development, new business development, product planning, Physical AI market creation, organizational management, and revenue accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting Project Leadership: Serve as lead on large-scale projects, build relationships with C-suite executives, manage project quality, and oversee delivery management.
Revenue Responsibility: Drive new customer acquisition, deepen existing customer relationships, lead proposal activities, and achieve sales targets.
Service Menu Development: Develop Physical AI consulting offerings, supply chain management (SCM) reform services, manufacturing DX services, and smart factory solutions.
New Business Development: Conceptualize new services, create new markets, develop partner strategies, and define go-to-market approaches.
The role offers exposure to real-world projects including supply chain cost reduction across global operations, logistics restructuring and automation implementation, manufacturing productivity improvements, and overseas factory automation design. You will work at the intersection of consulting expertise and operational business building, with a clear path toward becoming a business unit leader.
