WRITER is an enterprise generative AI platform helping Fortune 100 companies orchestrate AI-powered work. The company is valued at $1.9B and backed by leading investors including Premji Invest, Radical Ventures, and ICONIQ Growth.
You will serve as a strategic transformation partner for WRITER's most strategic Fortune 50-100 accounts, acting as the architect of change beyond software implementation. You'll help the world's largest organizations fundamentally rethink how they work by translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact and guiding executives through the shift to an AI-first operating model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customers while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with customer success managers
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, setting vision and defining job-to-be-done (JTBD) frameworks to drive AI adoption
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Fortune 50-100 leadership teams
- Lead value realization and ROI delivery through analysis, surveys, and interviews to frame P&L impact in business reviews
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders, managing customer teams, escalations, risk mitigation, and program updates
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and collaborating with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Scale transformation best practices by creating decks, frameworks, and communications for the wider team
This is a hybrid role based out of the San Francisco or Seattle hub, reporting to the Director of AI Transformation and Success.
Requirements:
- 5-9 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with a proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with the ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including ability to lead composed presentations to boards while orchestrating cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts
- Curious mindset and active listening style that demonstrates genuine leadership
- Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate complex business environments
