You will serve as an AI transformation lead, acting as a strategic partner for Writer's most strategic Fortune 50-100 accounts. This role bridges business strategy and cutting-edge AI technology, helping large organizations move from AI experimentation to full-scale value realization and an AI-first operating model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customers while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with customer success managers
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, building and maintaining relationships that position AI as a top priority
- Define the "jobs to be done" (JTBD) framework with leadership teams to drive AI adoption across the organization
- Conduct analysis through surveys and interviews to quantify P&L impact of AI adoption for business reviews
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders, managing teams, escalations, and risk mitigation
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and collaborating with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Scale transformation best practices by developing frameworks, decks, and communications for the wider team
You will report to the Director of AI Transformation and Success and work from Writer's London hub on a hybrid basis.
Requirements:
- 5-9 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting with Fortune 50-100 companies
- Proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable P&L outcomes
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including ability to lead board-level presentations and orchestrate cross-functional teams
- Curious mindset and active listening style that demonstrates genuine leadership
- Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory
