Dialpad is an AI platform for customer experience that enables organizations to resolve customer problems in real time across voice and digital channels. The company's AI agents learn from human agents and improve with every interaction, helping organizations understand customers, deliver better experiences, and increase operational efficiency.
As an AI Transformation Architect, you will serve as the crucial bridge between Dialpad's technical capabilities and strategic customer needs. Your primary mission is to accelerate adoption and value realization from the AI platform by embedding within the company's most strategic customer accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
**Business Translation & Discovery**: Embed with customer stakeholders and operational leaders to understand their most complex, high-stakes business problems. Translate ambiguous business objectives into clear, actionable Agentic AI solution designs that drive measurable business outcomes.
**Go-To-Market Bridge**: Partner directly with Sales, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams as the deep technical authority during critical pre-sales evaluations. Create technical validation through strategic AI workshops and Proofs of Concept that demonstrate feasibility and impact.
**Product Alignment & Influence**: Capture common customer pain points, successful integration patterns, and platform limitations discovered in the field. Synthesize this high-value signal and deliver it directly to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and accelerate feature development.
**AI Envisioning**: Navigate complex enterprise infrastructure (cloud, on-premises, data pipelines) to scope integration feasibility. Guide customers through Agentic AI evaluation, advising on and prototyping integration approaches, custom data connectors, orchestration logic, and full-stack systems.
**Agentic AI Discovery**: Discover and advise on complex multi-agent systems, architectures, and fine-tuned models tailored to customer data, domain, and security requirements. Demonstrate feasibility of multi-step prompts, retrieval pipelines, and decision logic that integrate with CRMs, ERPs, and custom APIs via Dialpad's MCP framework.
You will be the company's most technically fluent business consultant and the customer's most trusted AI architect throughout the presales motion. The role requires deep technical knowledge combined with strong business acumen and the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
