Arthur is building a platform to help enterprises govern and secure AI agents at scale. As AI adoption accelerates from pilots to production, organizations need automated discovery, governance, and real-time policy enforcement across their AI systems.
You'll join as a hands-on Product Manager reporting directly to executive leadership, with significant influence over product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution. This is a lead role shaping the future of the Arthur platform in an emerging domain where product categories are still forming.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining product strategy that builds on Arthur's leadership in AI Observability and runtime security, making it easy for customers to adopt the platform within existing security and AI stacks
- Synthesizing a complex, evolving competitive landscape of established security vendors and emerging startups into clear strategic recommendations
- Engaging directly with customers to test and validate product hypotheses, personally helping land first customers for new capabilities
- Shaping Arthur's enterprise distribution strategy, evaluating self-serve and open-source motions and their tradeoffs
- Building credibility with key stakeholders at Fortune 100 and midmarket companies, navigating complex organizational structures to reach security, AI, and platform teams
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to execute strategy and drive revenue
- Crafting and validating product messaging and positioning through continuous customer feedback loops
You bring significant product management experience at the intersection of AI and security, with a track record of building strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving markets where categories are still being defined. You have demonstrated enthusiasm for direct customer engagement—discovery, evaluation, and early sales conversations. You understand enterprise software distribution deeply: how large organizations evaluate and adopt platforms, and how self-serve and open-source approaches can accelerate adoption. You're comfortable engaging senior stakeholders at large enterprises, from CISOs and platform leaders to end practitioners. You communicate clearly and confidently, distilling complex landscapes into actionable strategies for boards, customers, and engineers.
