Arthur AI is hiring a Director-level Product Manager to lead the company's AI security and governance platform strategy. This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting directly to executive leadership with significant influence over product direction, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
The opportunity: Agentic AI security is an emerging domain where product categories are still forming. You'll synthesize a complex, evolving competitive landscape—spanning established security vendors and fast-moving startups—into clear strategic recommendations. Your work will help enterprises govern and secure AI agents at scale as they move from pilots to production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining product strategy that builds on Arthur's leadership in AI observability and runtime security
- Directly engaging with customers to test hypotheses, validate product ideas, and land early adopters for new capabilities
- Synthesizing competitive intelligence and market dynamics into actionable strategy
- Shaping Arthur's enterprise distribution strategy, evaluating self-serve and open-source motions
- Building credibility with Fortune 100 and mid-market stakeholders (CISOs, platform leaders, practitioners)
- Crafting and validating product messaging through continuous customer feedback loops
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to execute strategy
You'll bring significant product management experience at the intersection of AI and security, with a proven track record building strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving markets where categories are still being defined. You have genuine enthusiasm for direct customer engagement—discovery, evaluation, and early sales conversations. You understand enterprise software distribution deeply: how large organizations evaluate and adopt platforms, the role of self-serve and open-source, and how to navigate complex org structures to reach decision-makers. You communicate clearly and can distill messy landscapes into strategies that boards, customers, and engineers can act on.
