Cyera is building a security operating model for the AI era. The company provides a unified control plane that understands relationships between data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI—enabling enterprises to accelerate AI adoption while securing sensitive data.
As an AI Researcher on Cyera's Research group, you will research, develop, and productionize LLM-powered applications and AI agents. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate open-ended data-security challenges into measurable experiments and shipped features.
Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end research lifecycle: problem framing, data strategy, model development, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring. You'll be a hands-on domain leader, laying foundations for data science workflows and algorithms while working with large datasets to generate insights that improve data classification at scale.
You will develop, evaluate, and maintain deep learning and NLP solutions to enhance Cyera's core capabilities in sensitive data classification. You'll design and architect production-grade agentic workflows, establish rigorous evaluation pipelines to benchmark agent accuracy, latency, and cost, and ensure reliable, scalable solutions for real-world customer problems.
The role emphasizes innovation and creative thinking. You'll implement ML models across the full research process—clustering, text extraction, document analysis, and tabular data classification. You'll join a full-stack AI group including research engineers, MLEs, data operations, and security researchers, accelerating the path from research to production with both speed and precision.
