Unframe is an AI-first startup backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding. The company helps Fortune 500 enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months, combining product-company speed with consultancy flexibility.
As an AI Product Strategist, you'll sit at the intersection of AI, product, and customer impact. This is not a traditional PM role focused on roadmaps and meetings. Instead, you'll be deeply hands-on: partnering directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and challenges, translating complex needs into structured AI solution plans, and owning end-to-end delivery of AI-powered projects alongside engineers and AI specialists.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows, challenges, and goals
- Translate complex customer needs into clear, structured AI solution plans using Unframe's platform
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered projects alongside engineers and AI specialists
- Write detailed product specs and define prompt/context structures that drive solution behavior
- Balance speed, scalability, stability, and customer impact in product decisions
- Identify repeatable patterns and collaborate with the Platform team to improve reusable capabilities
- Act as the voice of the user throughout the entire product lifecycle
You'll work with exceptional teammates, collaborate directly with top-tier customers, and have real influence over both the solutions shipped and the evolution of the platform. Every project is different, offering constant learning, real ownership, and the opportunity to solve meaningful problems for some of the world's largest companies.
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Program Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products
- Strong systems thinking with ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and execution skills
- Comfort operating in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities
- Curiosity and excitement around AI products, LLMs, and emerging technologies
