AlphaLife Sciences is an AI-powered clinical research platform founded by former Google and Verily China experts. The company has built AuroraPrime, a generative AI and LLM-enabled SaaS platform trusted by global pharmaceutical companies to accelerate drug development and clinical trials. The platform delivers solutions including AI-copiloted medical writing, intelligent EDC and data management, and agile trial management. The company partners with Microsoft, Google for Startups, and Johnson & Johnson Innovation JLABS. As an AI Product Manager, you will develop and scale AI-powered clinical applications that leverage generative AI and large language models to streamline pharmaceutical workflows. You'll own product features from conception through delivery, working across a talented team of industry and technology experts. Key responsibilities include: building deep knowledge of clinical and regulatory workflows relevant to life sciences; engaging with pharmaceutical clients, clinical teams, and AI/ML specialists to identify pain points and translate them into scalable AI-driven capabilities; leading feature development including requirements gathering, specification writing, and quality validation; creating detailed product specifications using agile practices; driving roadmap decisions and prioritization; partnering with Engineering and QA teams; designing and enhancing generative AI capabilities leveraging LLMs; and coordinating release cycles and development sprints. You'll need 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record contributing to AI-powered products leveraging LLMs. Strong skills in user research, independent problem-solving, and complex business analysis are essential. Excellent English communication (native or near-native) and meticulous attention to detail are required. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and you must be authorized to work in Europe. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research sectors; familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA, ICH); experience with JIRA/Confluence; and knowledge of generative AI workflows including prompt design and model evaluation.
