Notable is a healthcare AI platform that enables health systems, hospitals, and payers to transform workforce productivity and improve patient outcomes. The AI Platform Architect role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, AI workflow design, data architecture, and enterprise integration. You will design and architect end-to-end AI workflows that leverage multiple healthcare data models—structured, semi-structured, and unstructured—while ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with clinical and administrative processes. This is a hands-on technical role that combines architecture, implementation, and customer partnership. Key responsibilities include: **AI Workflow Architecture & Design**: Design scalable healthcare AI workflows using Notable's Flow Builder platform. Translate business requirements into technical architectures that incorporate AI orchestration, decision logic, data transformation, and human-in-the-loop exception handling. Standardize workflow patterns and socialize designs with stakeholders. **Healthcare Data Modeling & Integration**: Architect solutions across HL7, EHR-native data objects (Cerner, Epic), and API-based integrations (REST, FHIR, webhooks). Design workflows operating on structured data (demographics, orders, encounters), semi-structured data (forms, questionnaires), and unstructured data (clinical notes, documents). Ensure accurate data mapping, normalization, and enrichment. **Implementation & Delivery Leadership**: Lead technical scoping with customers to define workflow scope, integration requirements, data sources, and success metrics. Independently implement flows via Flow Builder, manage project plans, run working sessions, and provide status updates. Develop rigorous testing plans (unit, integration, UAT) and serve as technical authority for implementations, ensuring accurate data mapping, reliable production execution, and performance readiness. You will work closely with customers, integration specialists, and cross-functional teams to translate operational challenges into AI-driven solutions that drive measurable business impact.
