LangChain is hiring an AI Engineer for their Enablement team in Amsterdam. You'll be the technical foundation for new enterprise customers, teaching their teams to build effectively on LangChain's platform for agent development and evaluation.
In this role, you'll own the onboarding and education experience for new enterprise customers, designing and running live, hands-on workshops that build real product fluency. You'll run focused advisory sprints for customers working through architecture or evaluation challenges, helping them move from prototype to production-ready AI agents. Beyond customer-facing work, you'll build internal agents and tools that make the Enablement team itself more efficient—automating processes so the team scales without just adding headcount.
You'll create enablement assets like tutorials, reference implementations, and best-practice guides that scale beyond 1:1 time. You'll also act as the voice of the new customer inside LangChain, feeding friction points and learnings back to Product and Engineering teams to inform platform development.
You bring 3+ years building LLM/agent applications with real experience designing agent architectures and evaluation strategies. You're comfortable writing and debugging Python code live in front of customers. You have 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Enablement, Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar) with experience designing and delivering live workshops. You genuinely enjoy teaching and can translate complex technical concepts for both individual developers and enterprise stakeholders. You're comfortable operating independently, managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously, and willing to travel up to 20% for customer work.
Nice-to-haves include production deployment experience with LangChain or LangGraph, hands-on LangSmith experience (evals, tracing, observability), cloud environment familiarity (AWS, GCP, Azure), and TypeScript/JavaScript skills alongside Python.
