Higgsfield AI is building creative tools for the next generation of storytelling, leveraging AI to fundamentally change how films, videos, images, and interactive experiences are created. The company focuses on giving creators new creative leverage rather than replacing human creativity.
You'll join a fast-moving, product-obsessed team at the intersection of AI, design, and engineering. This is a hybrid software engineer / prompt engineer / automation hacker / product innovator role—not a traditional SWE position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building AI-native internal and external products
- Prototyping new agentic workflows and automation systems
- Exploring frontier AI tooling and identifying new product opportunities
- Experimenting with multimodal generation systems
- Creating automations across engineering, creative, and operational workflows
- Collaborating closely with product, infrastructure, and research teams
- Helping the company stay ahead of the AI market
You should be deeply plugged into the AI ecosystem, constantly exploring new agent frameworks, open-source tooling, MCP ecosystems, coding agents, automation stacks, and multimodal systems. You prototype trends rather than just following them.
Must-have skills: JavaScript or Python (ideally both), experience building prototypes and internal tools, understanding of LLMs, tokens/context windows, APIs & CLI tooling, MCP ecosystems, agent frameworks, tool use & orchestration, and RAG concepts. You should be comfortable with modern AI coding workflows and able to quickly turn ideas into working demos.
Big pluses include experience with ML or training/inference infrastructure, multimodal or video-generation tooling, open-source AI ecosystems, and building agentic systems.
The company offers top-of-market USD compensation, operates with a small team structure providing high autonomy and outsized impact, and will relocate you to their Almaty office.
