Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The company is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate AI adoption across the engineering organization by turning standards, tooling patterns, and proven workflows into repeatable day-to-day practice. This role sits at the intersection of AI tooling enablement, developer productivity, engineering standards, and technical storytelling. You will serve as the connective tissue between engineering leaders defining AI foundations and the broader engineering organization adopting them. This is a hands-on, builder-oriented position focused on driving a standardized AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) across engineering. Key responsibilities include: driving AI adoption and standardization by evangelizing AI tooling patterns and best practices defined by engineering leaders; helping move the organization toward standardized AIDLC processes by making expected behaviors, workflows, and quality bars explicit and easy to adopt; owning the feedback loop and continuous improvement motion by building structured feedback mechanisms with the engineering community and translating recurring issues into clear recommendations; creating lightweight, high-frequency enablement content including bite-size recordings, do/don't guides, and quick-reference materials using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT; measuring adoption and telling the story of progress through dashboards, metrics, and data-backed narratives; and supporting onboarding by ensuring new engineers are introduced to approved AI tools and standard workflows early in their ramp. Success means AI adoption becomes broader and less dependent on power users, the engineering organization has a visible and standardized AIDLC process with clear expectations, engineers receive lightweight frequent guidance translating standards into practice, and field feedback drives continuous improvement of standards and frameworks.
