Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to bridge pre-sales, product implementation, and customer success for its full-stack AI solutions. You will conduct pre-sales discovery calls to understand enterprise clients' needs across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and public sector, then lead qualification efforts to identify best-fit prospects. Once deals advance, you'll guide customers through deploying Mistral's text completion API into their infrastructure, fine-tune models to their specifications, and integrate APIs into their front-end systems. You'll work closely with product and technical teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to feature design that addresses multi-customer needs. Post-deployment, you'll ensure customers maximize product value, provide technical support, conduct periodic satisfaction reviews, and recommend optimizations based on feedback. The role requires a degree in a relevant scientific field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.), fluency in both English and Korean, and proven experience implementing AI/ML products. You should be comfortable explaining complex technical concepts clearly, managing projects end-to-end, reading and writing code, and understanding front-end integration processes. This is a fast-paced role requiring adaptability and willingness to support both pre-sales and deployment activities simultaneously.
