Anysphere (maker of Cursor, an AI-native code editor) is standing up a new Scale Account Development Motion (ADM) from first principles. This is a founding seat to help invent how the company drives customer outcomes at scale across a large enterprise portfolio with a small, talent-dense team.
You will help found and run the Scale ADM motion across a wide enterprise customer base. The role centers on using agentic workflows to triage account health, prioritize outreach, and keep human time scarce and high-leverage. You'll drive value realization that supports retention and expansion by deepening adoption, finding account whitespace, and opening growth paths across the book.
Key responsibilities include:
- Founding and running the Scale ADM motion across the enterprise portfolio
- Designing and implementing agentic workflows to surface risk and opportunity, triaging health and prioritizing outreach
- Driving customer value realization to support retention and expansion: deepening adoption, identifying whitespace, and opening growth paths
- Amplifying existing resources (marketing webinars, customer education, onboarding) and turning live learning into reusable, scalable motions
- Shaping playbooks and offerings based on voice of customer feedback; tailoring delivery based on what customers tell you

Qualifications:
- Proven success in high-velocity, multi-customer environments; experience building scalable systems and processes, not just running existing ones
- Strong product fluency beyond developers alone; comfort with AI tools and willingness to learn fast if not already proficient
- Enthusiasm for working with AI agents as coworkers; ability to design how agents integrate into workflows
- Background in customer success, account management, or adjacent post-sales roles with demonstrated ability to drive customer outcomes
- Expertise in account management and relationship building for outcomes: identifying whitespace, deepening adoption, and opening growth paths
