Writer is an enterprise generative AI platform that enables leading companies like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard to build and deploy AI agents grounded in their proprietary data. As an AI Deployment Engineer based in London, you'll be a technical leader working directly with Fortune 500 enterprise customers to architect and implement custom AI-powered solutions.
You'll partner deeply with customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include architecting custom applications, templates, and integrations leveraging Writer's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities. You'll translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations, guiding customers through the generative AI landscape.
You'll collaborate closely with internal Product and Engineering teams, providing crucial customer feedback that influences the product roadmap. A key focus is driving down customer time-to-value by developing scalable processes, robust documentation, and efficient workflows for technical integrations. You'll champion successful adoption and expansion of Writer's solutions within customer accounts, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
This role requires over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, with at least 3 years specifically in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management. You need deep technical fluency in Python and extensive API experience, particularly in designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications. A proven track record of architecting complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments is essential.
You should have exceptional communication and executive presence, capable of simplifying complex AI concepts for diverse audiences from technical teams to C-suite leadership.
